Fish is an important ingredient in an healthy diet, not only it contain high amount of Omega-3 fatty acid(which are good for our brain and helps in lowering the blood pressure) but also it contains very low amount of fat content. So, let make this simple but tasty as well as healthy recipe "Baked Fish". It doesn't really matters which fish you prefer. This recipe applies universally. I am going to use Salmon. Without wasting anymore time lets head towards ingredients.
Ingredients :-
- 4 Medium Salmon Fillets(or fish of choice)
- Garlic Seasoning
- Paprika Lemon Juice Lemon
- Pepper (optional)
Method :-
- Place all 4 fillets onto a foil lined baking tray.
- Brush the fillets with lemon juice and sprinkle both sides with garlic seasoning and paprika.
- Sprinkle a small amount of water on top of each fillet.
- Bake at 200°C for 1 0-1 2 minutes or until fish is done.
- You may add lemon and pepper if desired.
